I'd have less problem with "big" business if the concepts of "corporation" and "LLC" existed. Shareholding is the worst ever invention with capitalism.

You should learn what those words mean. You have this our side good-their side bad Manichean child's picture of the world. That's how you can throw a bunch of random left-coded labels in the same basket and think of it has an undifferentiated evil. Pick up a book once in a while and stop embarassing yourself.

In Liu's defence, Jewel does tend to throw around buzzwords & jargon, in a way that makes it clear she doesn't actually understand what the words mean. For example, she will call ruthless, profiteering megacorporations like Amazon "Marxists".

Bari Weiss signal-boosted Tara's inaugural Substack post, which is great, but BW has, for a Jewish gay-married ex-NYT employee, a surprisingly large far-right contingent to her fanbase.

The MAGA-hat crowd migrated over to this Substack in big numbers, and were promptly triggered by Tara's lack of pandering to their Fox News-derived talking points. Liu was one of the first to run out of patience with the MAGA snowflakes.
